07-12: Revised Medical Assistance Issue Codes (08/14/07)
Medical Assistance (MA) Issue Codes have been revised for use with the Fair Hearing Information System (FHIS) to make them more compatible with the Client Notices System (CNS).
A list of the revised and eliminated MA Issue Codes is attached to this transmittal.
