This attorney will be responsible for the direct representation of clinic clients in the following subtantive law areas: Social Security Disability; Last Wills and Testaments; Poweres of Attorneys; Health Care Proxies; Medicaid Coverage; Private Insurance Appeals; Family Court matters, including standby guardianships, custody, and neglect matters; public benefits and discrimnation issues. The attorney will assist in supervising law students admitted to pratice pursuant to student practice orders. |
