Full Time Staff Attorney Veteran's Rights Project |
Full time Staff Attorney for a new project to assist low-income veterans with a wide variety oflegal needs, including but not limited to public benefits, heath care access, housing, consumer debt, childsupport, challenges to inappropriate discharges where eligibility for housing or benefits are negativelyimpacted, service-connected disability, etc. Attorney will be expected to handle issues from intake throughhearing or trial and appeal as necessary. Participation in community legal education is also expected.
